Learn an Instrument with us!

Studio Daydream and Co. offers a variety of ways to master your instrument through one-on-one private tuition, masterclasses and. group ensembles. We currently offer private tuition for piano, vocals, guitar, bass and drums.

Our school fees are a reflection of the annual tuition fees that have been put in place by the NSW Music Teachers Assocation.

In 2025, we have 43 classes held over two (2) semesters:

Semester 1 - Monday, January 13th - Sunday, June 29th (24 weeks)
Semester 2 - Monday, August 4th - Sunday, December 14th (19 weeks)

Lesson Fee Breakdown 2025

At Studio Daydream, we calculate your annual tuition fee and prorate this over 10-months to reflect our school's calendar. We do not charge over the month of July and December.

Invoices are sent via email on the 1st of every month, and are due within 14 days from receiving.

30-minute classes taken on a weekly-basis are highly recommended for all our beginner students who at an elementary age, and/or trying their instruments out for the first time.

Available for all our instruments

60-minute classes taken on a weekly-basis are highly recommended for all our advanced students, students who are adults/senior high-school age, undertaking level 2 AMEB exams, and/or who have been learning their instrument for a minimum of 3 years.

$90.00 x 43 classes = $3,870.00/year

$3,870.00 / 10 months = $387/month

45-minute classes taken on a weekly-basis are highly recommended for all our intermediate students, students who are at high-school age, undertaking AMEB exams, and/or who have been learning their instrument for a minimum of 2 years.

$2,902.50 / 10 months = $290.25/month

Available for all our instruments

60-minute classes taken on a casual-basis where you get to choose how often you taken your lessons. Whether it's on a fortnightly, monthly, or casual basis, we try to provide flexibility for students who may not be able to commit to lessons on a regular basis, or looking to up-skill.

Casual lessons are not prorated, and require upfront payment before the casual lesson takes place.

Enrolment Policies

All students are required to pay their lesson fees upfront every month. Failure to pay within 14 days of receiving your monthly invoice means that lessons will be withheld until the invoice has been paid, and these lessons will not be rescheduled nor credited.
Tuition fees cover your regular time-slot with your teacher, and failure to pay within terms means your time-slot can be given to another student without notice.
No special circumstances or other fee arrangements (e.g. no lesson by lesson, lessons following the school term) will be given.
Rescheduling by students requires at least 48-hours notice and is limited to a maximum of two lessons per semester for ALL reasons (e.g. school camp/events, sickness, emergencies). Lessons that have been rescheduled after this maximum are considered forfeited, and/or up to the discretion of your teacher and their schedule if they wish to make-up the lesson.
Termination of lessons require at least 2-months notice via our email. If a student decides to leave half-way through a paid month, the remaining fee for the month is non-refundable.
