Payments and Billing Cycles
Our payments for private tuition are paid on a term basis (10-weeks) that follow the NSW school calendar. Invoices are sent to the email you provide to us.
These payments are made via bank transfer to Studio Daydream and Co, before Week 1 of each term, and/or the due-date listed on the invoice.
Late payments will result in no lessons until the invoice has been paid (no make-up lessons will be provided for any missed in that time-frame), and will incur a 10% service charge each week.
Cancellations & Make-Up Lessons
A minimum of 48-hours notice is expected from students should they wish to cancel their regular weekly lesson.
Every term, students are entitled to one (1) credited lesson for each term if they cancel within the 48-hour minimum notice.
Any more lesson cancellations made within the 48-hour notice window must be made-up before the end of the school term.
In the event that you would like to terminate your lessons with Studio Daydream and Co., lessons will continue into the following term unless a four (4) week notice has been given.
An additional invoice will be sent if you notify the teacher and/or the studio less than the notice time given.
No refunds will be given to students who wish to cancel the lessons once the term has started.
When you have lessons at our studios, please aim to arrive at least five (5) minutes before your scheduled time. This allows lessons to run on-time and as scheduled.
As much as we love to communicate with parents, we'd appreciate if we could keep conversations with teachers after lessons to a minimum to keep lessons running on schedule. In the event that you would like to speak with your teacher, please reach out to them outside of the studio over the phone or through email.
Enrolling with Studio Daydream and Co., means you give consent to use photos and videos of you and/or your child for Studio Daydream and Co.'s promotional purposes without any compensation fee or royalty.
